I have been cooking professionally since I was seventeen. My career started in the restaurants of Chicago. There, I learned more than I could have ever hoped for and had the privilege to work with some truly talented individuals. It is my goal to provide an excellent experience to pair with an unforgettable meal. I enjoy catering for private dinners and small events. I also provide a flexible, weekly meal service.
